Sitewide Rules

1. General Posting Rules:

1.1 No "Flaming": Please do not post any messages that harrass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest.

1.2 No "Trolling": Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of these forums. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.

1.3 No "Spamming": Please do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count.

1.3A Thread "Reviving": Please do not reply to threads that have not had any replies to in a long time. More than 30 days is a realistic limit. The only forums where thread reviving are allowed are the gaming forums and "fun stuff" / "serious discussions" forums.

1.4 No senseless "Bumping": Please do not bump your threads several times a day. Remember there are people who don't browse this board every hour. So do not bump a thread within 24h or too much even after 24 hours. Also try and keep your posts on the right board. We have separate topics for a reason.

1.5 No "Offensive" Posts, Links or Images: Please do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, bookmarks as well as posted images, photos, avatars and images in the gallery. Staff will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not.

1.6 No discussing religion or politics. These are touchy subjects and often result in arguements. So to keep things peaceful do not discuss either of them.

1.7 Your posts should not relate to illegal activities like warez, music sharing, site hacking, software cracking, pirate forums etc.

1.8 Posing as someone else will simply get you banned, so don't do it. Also, just use one account, please. If you want to switch names, let us know and we'll delete the old one.

1.9 You may curse/swear but excessive repeated cursing/swearing can lead to temp ban/perm ban.

1.10 If you have a message for one specific person, please don't make a new thread about it. Just send them a private message or an e-mail.


2. Signature Rules

2.1 Size Limits: All signatures should not exceed the following size limits:
Just Text: 8 lines small size or 4 lines size 2 and up to 90 chars per line
Just Image(s): 1 images up to 450 pixels wide, 100 pixels tall and up to 150k in size with 2 small images 100 x 100 and up to 35k in size.
Text and Image: 4 lines (or 2 with Textsize 2) and 1 image (in a new line) up to 450 pixels wide, 100 pixels tall and 150k in size.
(Empty lines are counting as well.)
Signatures should also not contain any overly violent or sexually explicit imagery.

2.2 Content restrictions: You may have a link to your own website or services, but there must be no promotional language like "Best Hosting" or "Cheapest Styles", or spammer links such gambling, pharmaceuticals, etc.. Paypal and affiliate links are NOT permitted.
